"Ok for services I guess"

The customer service is prompt and with small things, very helpful. I just spent over an hour to explain the above issue - not a user problem, but features not working. For the price I expect a smooth operation (setting everything up is very time consuming with many steps and cross referencing.. I trialled acuity, offering tree, momence, all in the same price ball park) so it is frustrating to run into those issues and then be told to send it to the developers as feedback. Duh, if they actually would have tried out the advertised features like a studio owner would use them, it would be obvious.
Pros:
Great features (to have a functional booking system, forget the 'standard' plan, you will need the 'pro' one for sure) overall, great customer service. I like the idea of the scheduling app for providers as well as clients.
Cons:
The provider app doesn't have enough functionality to really be useful (this seems to be an issue with all booking systems..) The main disappointment: The features don't work together, even if following the slightly convoluted instructions of roundabout ways from customer service. 2 way sync is pointless - if you're like me and that feature was a main driver to sign up, don't. Bookings for group sessions synced to the calendar create an 'external event' and therefore block further bookings for that time block. The system doesn't recognise it's own bookings. If you're a solo entrepreneur with a life who can't spend constant time on a laptop to block out times in your calendar AND the booking system, this unfortunately makes the whole thing obsolete.

"Easy Setup, Great Support, and Excellent Value"

My overall experience with SimplyBook.me has been very positive. I was able to set up most of the system on my own thanks to its clear and user-friendly interface. Whenever I wasn’t sure about something, I could either use the built-in AI search tool—which pulls information directly from their materials—or contact live support. Both options were extremely helpful, and everything was successfully configured in the end.
Ironically, the most challenging part of the setup was connecting the payment gateway, since Stripe’s process is quite confusing. However, that’s more of a Stripe issue than SimplyBook.me’s.
We actually use SimplyBook.me for organizing a two-day event, not for running a business, and it still provides everything we need. It’s flexible, intuitive, and works perfectly for our purposes.
Overall, SimplyBook.me has fully met my expectations, and the price-to-performance ratio is excellent. I can definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and easy-to-use booking system.
Pros:
Clear and intuitive interface Easy to set up without external help Helpful AI search tool and responsive live support Flexible enough even for one-time events Excellent value for money
Cons:
No support or system interface in the Czech language Settings are divided into several interconnected tabs, so it’s sometimes necessary to double-check that one change hasn’t affected another area

I'm still a new user and overall I am very happy.
Pros:
Feature rich to expand use as my needs grow. New to system but does everything I need as a single provider with one to one services and classes. Support so far has been excellent. Combines a lot of services into one that a basic booking service doesn't provide.
Cons:
The only reason I would take off a star or move on down the road is that it isn't a complete white label solution. You still have to use their favicon, but it should be an easy feature for them to add in future. There is a learning curve to use site with all of its features.

"Honest Review of Simplybook"

Terrible - This product while good intentioned, simply cannot handle execution at scale. This product should be limited to small vendors who only have a small number of people booking. For context, we were part of an event with 1600 participants all trying to book at the same time, and quite frankly the tool was ineffective, frustrating, and a terrible user experience. Many users can’t log in at all.
When they do get in, events either don’t display or aren’t clickable.
There were a number of glitches/freezes throughout the process, and if you refreshed, you lost any progress you made, preventing teams from securing a time.
For a process that already comes with high demand and pressure, these technical issues make it unnecessarily frustrating. I personally experienced the system freezing on the confirmation screen multiple times, which meant I lost the time I was trying to book and had to start over, and did not end up with my first option. Others have had similar issues.
Pros:
I did not see any pros with SimplyBook.me
Cons:
The system could not handle volume at scale. It was not easy to use, and froze/glitched regularly.

Hello Eku SimplyBook.me is well capable of handling such big load but then you have to contact our account managers and make sure that you are getting the high load product. The common version is done for beauty salons, yoga studios, consultants etc. which normally do not have anything near this load on a daily basis.
