I am going to have to use a different system as i feel if it takes this long to get in touch with a help team i wouldnt like my money going through them ----- ### "Good but could be better" — 4.0/5 > **kieran** | *16 November 2025* | Education Management | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Pros**: Great for automated text reminders. Customers can book themselves in which is great. As a driving instructor I can have automated text messages sent to a student on the day of there test without me having to remember > > **Cons**: The calendar is a bit messy. Also the only pay option is stripe which is way to expensive for a small business to pay. But I can work around that but when someone does pay me I can’t show paid on the calendar without it going through stripe. Which make it hard to remember who prepaid and who didn’t > > It’s a good app. It would only need a few adjustments to make it perfect. I made my suggestion but they did not take it onboard ----- ### "Excellent app" — 5.0/5 > **Katie** | *29 December 2024* | Veterinary | Recommendation rating: 3.0/10 > > **Pros**: Efficiency and ease of use. Makes running my business easy. Constantly making improvements. > > **Cons**: Can’t send pictures via text message, can’t set up automated reminders more than 4 weeks in the future > > Excellent. Easy to use. Makes my business appear more professional. ----- ### "Best booking platform I've used" — 5.0/5 > **Tracy** | *27 July 2026* | Online Media | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Pros**: It's so easy to use. I've used multiple online booking systems and haven't been able to get on with any of them until now > > **Cons**: I haven't found anything not to like at the moment. Very easy to use. Straight forward to set up. Straight forward for customers to use. > > Really good. I won't be going anywhere else. So easy to use. It's great that it takes deposits also. ----- ### "Excellent salon management software" — 5.0/5 > **Suphotjana** | *16 March 2026* | Health, Wellness & Fitness | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Pros**: Ease of use, logical and intuitive layout, customers find the online booking app very easy to use. Reduced DNA's by 66% by using the text reminder system though the AI receptionist. > > **Cons**: No functionality to add two therapists to one appointment. This is a very important feature for us to have, as we have clients with a disability that require two therapists in attendance. No functionality to merge clients records, this would really be helpful, as it is so easy to create duplicates by mistake. > > Overall Goldie is a very good and stable salon management software. It definitely requires some additional functionality to address the issues that I have highlighted, but overall it really is an asset to our business. ----- Page: 1 / 48\ Next: [Next page](https://www.capterra.ie/software/1036086/goldie?page=2) ## Links - [View on Capterra](https://www.capterra.ie/software/1036086/goldie) ## This page is available in the following languages | Locale | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | de-CH | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-IL | | | en-IN | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-AR | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-CR | | | es-DO | | | es-EC | | | es-MX | | | es-PA | | | es-PE | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | fr-LU | | | it | | | ja | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | | pl | | | pt | | | pt-PT | | | tr | | ----- ## Structured Data
