> **Pros**: The absolute best thing about moving to this cloud-based product is that we don't experience the time-wasting computer problems associated with a server-based product that crashed frequently. Even when we are having issues with this product it seems easily resolved. A few features like the layout of the estimate archive is also a big plus.

> **Cons**: When we started with this product over a year ago, it definitely felt like they were still working out its issues. Customer service was very receptive to our suggestions to improve usability. Now it's much improved but still feels a bit like it's in its early stages and user interface will need to improve.
