> **Pros**: CarPro is truly a necessity within our field of work as it helps us keep accurate information updated daily for each piece of inventory, previous customers, future customers, warm leads, service bills, invoices, and parts orders as each department here at our dealership needs to be kept up to date daily regarding each of these components to consistently execute our processes and continue pleasing our incredibly loyal customer network at a high output.

> **Cons**: At select times CarPro can have trouble staying online as there have been a handful of instances where the program was down for a short duration however came back within a reasonable time frame. Where we utilize CarPro daily as a sure critical resource in our daily functions, we need the software to stay up and running at the highest level at all times.

> I cannot recommend CarPro enough to other dealerships or automotive affiliates as it truly is the best CRM I have ever used and gives my staff the accessibility we need to keep one another updated each day regarding the status of every vehicle as we work through the sales, service, and parts ordering processes. The learning curve truly is quite reasonable as well as we have a handful of older users on our team here who are able to operate the software confidently and with peace of mind. > **Cons**: Whenever there is a system update or upgrade, the system cannot be accessed pending on the update or upgrade. This causes an issue especially when you have a customer standing in front of you. The system is not tailor made for our company as it has certain icons, Dubai police etc, we are a Malaysian company, thus some of the fields is not relevant to us. Was surprised to find this. Seems like we were given / provided a system made for a middle eastern organization.

Although I agree that the system is quite comprehensive for the business, regular training is a must for continuous development.

The best characteristic of CarPro management is they know the car rental business. As far as usability is concerned it is very user-friendly and new users can learn very quickly. However, it covers major aspects of car rental business. Fleet management, Rate management, Long term, Short term, Chauffeur driver, Garage, Sale, Purchase, Insurances, CRM, Accounting interface and BI reporting tool and more.
The beauty of BI tool is we can create own MIS/Business report to analyze/Monitor business progress.
