Pros:
Ease infuse, convenience...not having to go to the post office
Cons:
Nothing really. I like it a lot and am considering reinstating my account
User Friendly and Convenient
Pros:
I like how convenient stamps.com is. I can print my postage so much fast at home than driving to the post office, waiting in line and then driving back.
Cons:
I haven’t had any negative experiences with stamps.com.
Discount vs. Cost of Supplies is a Very Thin Margin
Comments: For all of our daily postage needs the software is helpful. While the discount is good, the supplies needed for special services (labels for Certified, Register, and Certified Return receipt are costly. Problems with printing those labels creates waste and if I don't save the data in PDF form, I am forced to requests refunds. I have had difficulty trying to get a support person to tell me why certain labels are not printing on the labels.
Pros:
The discount on postage is a saving grace. It is convenient because we do not need to go to the USPS to send out extra service shipments.
Cons:
I've had difficulty (still do) getting an answer about price increases and what affect they have on my already printed postage. I tried support and they said that was a question for the post office and the post office said they couldn't tell me - primarily because they aren't individually knowledgable about the software.
Great for our medium-sized office
Comments: Very good. (PLEASE only use: Jan D. if you post this review online. Thank you!)
Pros:
Stamps.com makes it easy to send letters and packages. We are thankful for the program.
Cons:
We have had some issues sending documents to Europe. And, the customs sheet for shipping to Canada and other countries is not real reliable; sometimes, I have to fill it out three times to get it to work. After that, we end up just taking the package to the post office. The past month, there have been some glitches that affected the program; thankfully, they were fixed.

Pricing. Will be appreciated if price is a little lower.
processor3 review
Pros:

Cons:
how expensive stamps are and how frequently the prices change
Excellent!
Comments: I send out products and mailers every month to my members and I'm so glad to have stamps.com
Pros:
The ease of use and ability to quickly print stamps and labels as well as add funds to my account instantly
Cons:
That I can't find or buy some of the stamps or labels I used when I first started with stamps.com - or that my local office supply story doesn't carry them.
must have for small offices
Pros:
everything in one place saves so much time over the way we used to do it
Cons:
the website can be a little cluttered and slow to find what you need until you get used to it. after that is super easy
Mailing became easier
Pros:
We use stamps.com almost every month! As a pharmacy we have the ability to mail out up towards 300-400 mailings throughout each month so we use stamps.com mostly to get our discount on mailers and stamps! Definitely is better than buying and shipping through other companies
Cons:
It does take a little longer in shipping if you dont pay for it
Real Estate company using Stamps.com

Stamps.com
Comments: My overall experience has been pleasant using Stamps.com. I continue to use their product today.
Pros:
The features I like and use the most on Stamps.com are the shipping and tracking features. I love how simple it is to ship and track packages from my online beauty store.
Cons:
I don't think there is anything about Stamps.com that I don't like. They are easy to use and reliable.
Stamps.com offer easy shipping for an average cost.
Comments: Overall the product software is exceptional. The shipping process is streamlined and well executed. The pricing and overall cost is too high for an occasional shipper.
Pros:
The integrated features are very useful for shippers who use online selling platforms. I love having the cost of multiple carriers and shipping speeds available immediately. This feature helps to cut costs while ensuring the best possible customer experience.
Cons:
The subscription cost and supplies cost. Purchasing sheets of precut labels for stamps and labels can get expensive quick. Add in the monthly cost and pricing becomes an issue.
Worst technical service department - EVER!!!
Comments: don't waste your time with the company. look elsewhere
Pros:
relatively easy to use. the scale was junk
Cons:
the customer service department wasn't helpful at all
Great For any Size Business
Comments: Mostly goodCan even handle over size and odd shaped packagesTracking show packages right up to door
Pros:
East to use Compatible with all kind of shipping sizes even customized packages
Cons:
Vulnerable to system crashesWe have had to reload it twice
Hard to Use
Pros:
Seems to have cheap postage and could be affordably for setting up small to medium shipping retail spots.
Cons:
The software was very hard to get a hang of. It was frustrating to even get one label for a package. I got it to work but training others on the software was even worse. Took far to long to setup and we moved to another software as a result.
Great Alternative to Post Office

Cons:
No comment for this part of questioning

Pros:
I was able to purchase my postage right through the website. Once you set up the account it was very fast and easy to use.
Cons:
As easy as it was to use there are other shipping options out there so you are limiting yourself by just looking at stamps.com
Good for large shipping quantities
Pros:
I like that with stamps.com, we can create a sheet of stamps at the click of a button. We use lots of stamps, so this saves us time by not needing to go to the post office.
Cons:
I wish that there was an option to print more than one page at a time.
Stamps.com is easy for stay at home moms to get the stamps they need

Stamps.com has been a business game changer for the better!
Comments: Overall Stamps.com has been a great software addition to the business. It is easy to use, and has the most up-to-date technology. It has made the ability to ship and track packages a great deal easier. I would highly recommend.
Pros:
Stamps.com is very easy to use. The ability to track shipments is also very useful if a customer asks for a package status update.
Cons:
Stamps.com has a lot of great features. Sometimes the software is a little slow, but that will happen with any software.
stamps
Pros:
I love it pretty simple to use and self explains itself anyone can use it
Cons:
Ive not encountered any problems atthis time but if i do i will re reveiw at a later date
Stamps.com works, but could use a lot of refinement and some bug fixes
Pros:
It integrates with both of our main e-commerce platforms, Amazon and eBay, and usually brings in our orders properly. When it does, it has all out of shipping speeds set and can automatically configure the services to use, which saves us time. It’s also quick and easy to get a cost estimate for a shipping label using the package tab, as long as you have an address in the general area of the delivery to use.
Cons:
It’s clunky. Keyboard shortcuts are mostly non-existent, and some things take more mouse clicks than they need to. It also needs to alert us to the cause of problems, which it currently doesn’t do, but instead just displays a generic warning symbol when an address or shipping service is invalid, without pointing out where the problem is located. We also routinely find orders that do not import for no known reason, mostly from Amazon, and have to add them manually.
