Really Simple CRM is, in fact, Really Simple!
Pros:
This is an easy to use, easy to implement CRM product. It is cloud based, and a great value product!
Cons:
There's no initial integration to any of our other systems. We leave it on an island for our sales folks to focus on their pipelines and contacts.
A straight forward system
Comments: Really simple systems has been a great addition to our organisation, as it has significantly increased trackability and improved productivity. The system's user-friendly interface made it easy for our team to manage customer information, track leads and opportunities, and generate reports. By centralising all customer interactions and activities in one place, we can quickly and easily access important data and provide better customer service.
Pros:
The system has been amazing for tracking workflows within our team, particularly where staff are working in different locations and at different times. Handover for absence has become easier to manage and has resulted in better client interactions.
Cons:
The email sync is great, however, emails do not display in an easy-to-read format. Autosync logs emails as block text, instead of in the form they send out via Outlook. This makes reviewing previous emails incredibly difficult.
Reviewing the Really Simple Systems software
Pros:
The free trial give me the chance to look at the software and test it. I managed to send it test email Marketing campaign and you worked okay
Cons:
The UI is not appealing at all it really needs a rebrand. Though there's some form of tutorial on how to use it it should be made a little bit easier hello

All in One Place
Comments: The CRM is used in every aspect of the business - marketing, sales & data management of prospects & clients.
Pros:
I have hundreds of clients and with a click of the button, I may locate a name and all their information. Any time, I choose to add a data field, the response is quick. The reports help me track growth and opportunities. Really Simple Systems has chelped me manage my business.
Cons:
I wish that there was a way to scroll through client names without input each time.
I enjoy Really Simple!
Comments: It takes time to learn the basics but once you've started using it, the system becomes more user friendly

The simple organization and access to client files / reports

The language. Some metrics and reports seem to be categorized with more European terms; not all reports or metrics are easy to understand at first.

Comments: Very good, particularly the customer support which has been excellent

1. Inability (due to how set up) to pull a rteport with all account and contact details together.2. Delete and Edit Buttons should be the other way round - why have delete as a first option? Mostly I would be editing not deleting....3. When aditng a new account, the Vomments Box could be long and thin not short and fat - it pushes the page off the screen unnecessarily - and there is nothing else preventing this length of box...4. Recent price change has made one client want to change product...

Comments: I would recommend this to anyone starting up a business.
Pros:
Good support Literally grows in ability and function with your business
Cons:
Would be helpful to be able to format fonts in system (bold, italic, highlight etc)The server can be a bit slow
Pretty Good Value for money
Comments: Quite straight forward to use, would be good if you could duplicate a previous campaign rather than starting from scratch each time.
Pros:
Ease of displaying statistics from campaign
Cons:
Can't import html code and that you can't import html code, would make creating campaigns quicker especially as you can't copy a previous campaign easily
Best Contact Database Platform
Pros:
I found this really useful to keep organized all the company contacts. Being able to see when the last update was made on each of them helps me a lot.
Cons:
I think it needs to improve the search function as sometimes I do not find information when I try to search with keywords
From a new user....
Comments: Simple to use - cost effective.
Pros:
Easy to import contacts and keep updated

Doesn't manage inbound e-mail as i hoped it would
No more spreadsheets or notebooks!
Comments: I'm able to look up things really quickly online, contact performers, etc. Everything is there at the touch of a button
Pros:
I've applied RSS CRM to hold performer details for my events. So easy to set up, manipulate and use. I've recommended it to fellow promoters who are now starting to see the benefits.
Cons:
Not sure just yet. Everything takes time to iron out the glitches - but so far so good.
Right fit for our needs
Pros:
This CRM is a good starting point for what we needed to track client relationships and new leads. It's not complex and easy to learn.
Cons:
The CRM system is fairly customizable, though I wish I could customize a few more main screen metrics.
Ease of use
Pros:
Easy to navigate and use. Opportunities tracking is good.
Cons:
In terms of functionality it can be relatively basic

Relevantly easy to use. I missed the training sessions so it would be beneficial if you invite me to them again please.

It can take time to load sometimes, however, please add me to the webinars as I am keen to learn more.
Review of RSS
Comments: Overall a really good service; we are aware that there are more complex systems available - for a lot more money - but our needs are quite simple and this platform fulfills our needs for this point in time.
Pros:
We didn't really know what we wanted when we implemented RSS other than an easy to use database for all prospects and clients. And that is exactly what was delivered. The support guys have been fantastic at working with me to tweak the fields and make this fit for purpose for a business that sells a service rather than products. The report function is easy to use, and the marketing suite is ok but I dont use it enough to feel overly confident in my abilities. I have to relearn every time I use it.
Cons:
It would be great if we could email from within the software.
Simple & Easy to Use Visual CRM System
Comments: TMS Software as a business have the complete assurance of a visual sales pipeline and opportunities so the business in these difficult times is safe and sound with future business identified, qualified and with a good chance to close and become a client, all done in Really Simple Systems CRM
Pros:
Easy to access all the data areas from account, lead and opportunity, all available on 1 screen view
Cons:
Integration to email systems and other 3rd party systems
Moduflow CRM
Comments: CRM package meets all of our needs. I find the technical response patchy and they try to deal with everyone at arms length, which isn't always helpful.
Pros:
The capture of our email traffic for each account is a must. Once you understand the basics the CRM system is easy to understand
Cons:
As I've said previously REALLY SIMPLE SYSTEMS should offer set up packages and training when companies begin to start working with the system. In some business people don't have enough time to play around with the programs to investigate how it all works. They need to be able to hit the ground running.

RSS support is first class
Comments: The outstanding feature of RRS is their support team, who offer an absolutely excellent service. As a team, we are not particularly tech savvy, so having a support team who you can explain any issues or problems to and who just get on and fix things is such a bonus. No long wait times and things get fixed without any drama. I can't imagine any other provider offering such a great personal service.
Pros:
The account pages are a simple set up and really easy to use and easy to customise with information relevant to your individual organisation. No trendy MS type chat boxes, just simple and easy to use records. We have found the customisable fields very useful. Automated email actvity tracking is a good feature, as is the integrated marketing module.
Cons:
We were not able to integrate our phone system into the CRM too easily and unable to API AdobeSign into the system.

The Best CRM System Out There!
Comments: Excellent!
Pros:
Ease of use is very important to our organisation and RSS CRM scores very high in this regard. The system is also very intuitive to setup and edit on an as neede basis. The marketing and sales funnel tools are really helpful to the entire team.
Cons:
Maybe the email integration could have been designed a little better and easier to use.
Their software is great for my small business
Pros:
I dealt with [SENSITIVE CONTENT] who was very helpful in the initial setup phase. I have used it to adapt the paretto 80/20 theory across my client data base and also as a time management saver and priority task planner. Also use for billing follow ups and rating of clients according to my paretto rating theory! Really Simple Systems was the last package i came across as all others i viewed did not have the user friendly style of RSS. Need to improve on how i use the reporting section but hope that comes with ongoing use of the site. With out doubt one of the best software packages i have ever used and also very cost effective to implement . It has made my business more efficient and profitable too.

The user interface is easy to use and understand and the system is fully featured for the needs of most SMEs

The marketing email designer lacks detailed customisation and it has a lack of formatting features.
RSS Good for a small business
Pros:
Generally most things are easy to use. But as we have grown the task to keep it all ship shape is not easy... probable a revamp needed.
Cons:
Could be better for making lists, and more integrations. Not sure if connects to LinkedIn or Twitter, that would be useful. Be good if could intergrate with Outlook better so there is just one system.
Really Simple Systems CRM
Pros:
- Definitely the most straight forward and easy to use CRM I've had experience with. - makes tracking a ticket queue and related accounts a breeze - Friendly UI - Integrates well with email, billing, phone system, marketing and sales tools.
Cons:
- it doesn't have certain advanced features of other crms, but then that is the point
