> **Pros**: It takes a logical, hierarchical approach to proactive and strategic management of assets without making it too complicated for the average user.  It provides all of the necessary predictive reporting without over-complicating it to an extent where we are unable to produce our own reporting.  We have been able to customise enough to suit our unique circumstances without needing major adjustments to the standard system and the SPM team were only too happy to assist with these changes.

> **Cons**: As with any software, data integrity is the key and we have found that it really is a full-time job to ensure that our data is as "clean" as possible to enable our reporting to be meaningful and accurate.  We hadn't anticipated the level of resource required, but I expect that this would have been the case with any SAM software and potentially would have been a bigger issue with some packages.
