The users like how easy it is to record their time because of the really nice fresh UI, the insightful project profitability monitoring. Bottom line, improved revenue as a result of using this SW

Cons:

Well it meets our business needs, but (being a Software-as-a-Service), you cannot access it unless you are online. The data download function helps with this.

I need it to keep me on top of my work

Comments: Great software and system to keep me on tops of my task and responsibilities.

Pros:

This system helps us track our operations on a factual - time basis, not only in terms of features and interaction, but also in terms of expenses. This is indeed a system that enables efficient resource allocation. Having the ability to keep track of our expenditures is beneficial. Perhaps other applications can access the data it creates.

Cons:

We'd want to see more capabilities for each task, such as task-specific analytics. To get a better understanding of the initiatives we're involved in.

Boring

Pros:

Just the reporting and tracking of projects.

Cons:

Very boring user experience and makes the task of doing timesheets soooo hard to do.

Hi Junie, Hope you are keeping well, sorry you find the software boring and this is noted but we try to make our user experience as positive as possible but unfortunately time tracking isn't the most glamorous of jobs.

Useful software for keeping track of expenses

Pros:

Simple operation and beginner friendly GUI. It helps users to stay organized and track expenses and define budgets for multiple ongoing projects. Easy time tracking of different jobs.

Cons:

Nothing in particular. It does the job in a reliable manner and the pricing is justified.

Simple to set up and simple to use.

Pros:

I have multiple resources which tend to work across multiple projects, this software handles that very easily. Also has the ability to set budget thresholds and warnings that alert you when money is being overspent. Works on any browser. The reports that it produces are good but even better is the ability to simply export your data to Excel format so I can quickly shape reports the way I want them to look without having to use another 3rd Party. When I started using 1time their customer service wasn't great but I'm glad to say it has improved vastly over the past 12 months.

Cons:

Doesn't integrate with JIRA, which would be a huge plus for me, however they have said it is on the roadmap for late 2018.
