> **Pros**: Amazing ratio of cost to benefits from using this. Even new inexperienced computer users have been easy to train to operate this software. Active Directory tie in for credential management. I have never had a better support experience from a company than I have speaking with TrueLogic.
> 
> **Cons**: The server host itself requires an always on application window on the server. I'd certainly have been happier if I could run this headless.
