> **Pros**: Nothing. Their design is outdated. Their software is clunky and inefficient. And their website design is subpar with many malfunctions. I would not recommend this dealer management system to my worst enemy. I guess what I like the most is that the torture is finally over now that I am switching to dealercarsearch for my dealer management system.

> **Cons**: Ontop of everything recently listed. Their customer service is abysmal. Would literally have to wait WEEKS before any of my concerns were addressed. When you call the representatives state "We are unable to answer your question since this is the 'insert section of company designated to your concern here' job. We will contact them and have them reach out to you". But guess what? You die, and your children die, and they end up speaking to your grandchild when he is in his mid-20's because that is how long it took for them to reach back to you.
