You are expected to make your payment for their services the first of the month, but if they don't do their job OH WELL\! There is one rep there that is holding that place together and without her, that place implodes. I asked that their merchant carrier, Stax, be cancelled and I received no response. They made a charge on my account from Stax and when I inquired about it, once again, no response. Whomever took over Psyquel does not appear to care about customer service and I question how well they are keeping records safe. > > I used Psyquel for over 10 years but there was a noticeable change in 2024 and I decided to go with Simple Practice that offers many more features and higher security. So far I have been impressed with their customer service and what they offer.
