> **Pros**: the ability to customize to meet our needs as a program

> **Cons**: we have to make sure any updates to the software doesnt change customized additions - this has only happened once, but something we will now add to our internal QA (I)

> given that we do not use multiple choice questions and have had to ensure that the product can "handle" short answer - free response...we have a had a great experience with the software
