> **Pros**: TouhNet gives our students the ease of setting up payment plans, one time payments, or eRefund accounts. The interface the student uses is mirrored from the staff side and I can guide the student remotely through the process.  TouchNet allows for multiple payment plans and balance records to be stored for students to access. I only access the 'bill + payment' piece of the software in my job duties so I can't give a thorough review of how smooth the set-up process goes for accounting staff.

> **Cons**: The software doesn't sync automatically with Oracle PeopleSoft. This required extra programming and at times the patch doesn't operate correctly.
