> **Pros**: With only one application we are able to:&#13;&#10;- manage the context sensitive online help for our eC-messenger application&#13;&#10;- host the online manuals, and&#13;&#10;- create PDFs out of any content&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;The Helpserver  client is easy to use and the server updates in a convenient way. &#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Multiple languages are supported as well as different access-levels for read/write access. If content changes, the previous version is archived and available if necessary.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Helpserver allows several authors to work in parallel from from our offices in Germany, France and United Kingdom.

> **Cons**: at the moment I cannot really think of a disadvantage. &#10;Maybe LDAP support would allow a more convenient user management.

Our requests are always answered fast and very competent.&#10;We recommend Helpserver for all kinds of documentation purposes.
