> **Pros**: Very customizable, designed to be used for intermodal shipments and can be set up for international or domestic intermodal operations
> 
> **Cons**: We have had a lot of issues with the rail tracing interfaces, but in all fairness the railroads are most of the issue.  Also do not like the ticket driven help desk after they discontinued having a dedicated account rep.

> Very Good, they were easy to work with and very helpful in setting up the new system

> **Cons**: Their customer service, the interface, the user friendliness, all suck. It's difficult to find a software for our specific purpose, so the options are limited; our previous software became obsolete and we were forced to find something new.

> Customer service is non-existent and staff are unpleasant at best.
