Needs to work on the app more to make it more friendly. > > Overall experience has been great. While I understand profitability and making money the company needs to talk to its customers more and get feedback. For example the ACH thing could have been better received of they would have understood how associations and budget planning works. Increasing in the middle of the year didn't allow any time for any of us to possibly raise our per door fee to unit owners.
