Comments: It was so helpful scheduling clients in different rooms, different times, with different therapists. A+ for the scheduling software.

Pros:

I loved Appointment Plus because it allowed me to have multiple therapists schedules and multiple rooms. I never had duplicate sessions. It was easy to use and easy for our clients to schedule clients. This has been the best scheduling software I have used./

Cons:

I had to stop using the software because we needed to maintain medical records in the same location. I changed software and really miss my experience with Appointment Plus.

Comments: Overall, we have been using DaySmart for several years and have had very few issues with the website. The support service has always been very responsive, if needed. All in all, it just works for us.

Pros:

The flexibility to customize your site to best fit your individual customer experience. Also, the uptime for the website has been really good.

Cons:

The only con I can think of is the recent price increases.

Comments: It was adequate to meet the needs of communicating my schedule and availability, but some things felt slow and outdated. Primarily being able to cancel/change recurring appointments.

Pros:

communicate schedule to other members of the team

Cons:

It is very difficult to cancel recurring appointments It is slow to move from one week to the next - takes a long time to load the new page/calendar

Comments: I have been using Day Smart Appointments for our students test scheduling with the test center. The experience is pretty good.

Pros:

Self-booking by students. Easy scheduling, rescheduling and cancellation of the appointments

Great Customer Service with Programming Needs to Address

Pros:

Ease of use and the customer service has kept me with the company! Prompt, helpful, and kind customer service reps will always equal loyalty.

Cons:

Limited ability to create daily unique schedules based upon services offered. There are times my patients aren’t able to use the program at all because I have to block out a day I can’t be IN the office, but I can offer phone appointments. the program doesn’t allow this schedule exception. Big hinderence to my ability to run my practice efficiently and to my patients ability to access services.
