> **Pros**: This is a great program for all your Mental Health Outpatient Office needs. The ease of use by all staff members and the ease of use with the use of CollaborateMD is flawless.

> **Cons**: Reporting of itemized data can be updated.

> **Pros**: The SureScripts feature to show providers and staff which medications the patient had been prescribed by other providers was the most helpful feature in the platform. Most platforms offer this feature. But really the only thing I can say was good about this software.

> **Cons**: Everything outside of the SureScripts. Overall, it was missing key features needed to care for the patients. It looked like old software that needed a significant make over to mainstream modern care. The overwhelming tech issues and lack of technical support were very frustrating and frequent.
> 
> Honestly, horrible. I would likely choose any other software over that one.

> **Pros**: When using this software it was the first time I was able to pull medications up that were not controlled substances through the software itself. It allow me to view non controlled medications from all other prescribers which was extremely helpful considering patients can be poor historians at times and forgetful of their medications lists.
> 
> **Cons**: The software was minimal, outdate looking, had very few features, no lab integration, printing records or med lists or vitals was complicated I always had to copy and paste into a Word document in order to get anything to print properly. The program always stopped working. Mid-day, mid-patient visit while I would be sitting in the room with my client. When it shut down it would go down entirely for 1-2 hours at a time several times a month. Getting ahold of customer service/tech support was a joke.

> Horrible in general due to the amount of maintenance it needed. The constant shut downs and going without. You felt you were paying for a software that you did not get to use half of the time.
