> **Pros**: They were one of the first to use biometric finger scanners for clocking in/out. It is much cheaper to use than others we looked at, and it does everything we need it to do, including bridging with Quickbooks, making payroll much quicker.

> **Cons**: Since they changed the software, navigating is less intuitive. And there are some thing we used to be able to do that no longer can be done. I wish there were a way to go back to the older version, but it is no longer supported.

The system is intuitive and easy enough that you don't need to be the IT guy to set it up\! Our church office girls manage our events and set up new forms - it is great\!

> **Pros**: I love how once you set up an event, you can clone it and modify it for other events that are similar.  The preview page is also very nice so you see what it is going to look like for your customers.  It is also extremely cost effective.
