> **Pros**: Built on top of Survox's other products, which we already use, so there was very little that was new to learn.

> **Cons**: Hidden settings (like default response delay) made setup and configuring it properly very difficult.  The dialer software is not good at detecting dtmf tones, so it mis-interprets responses all the time.  No built-in TTS or STT options, though we were able to get it working with \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] after substantial experimentation.
