"Stratus is worth the investment"

We started with Celerant Cumulus, their entry level product. Then we upgraded to Stratus and found it to be a much more powerful platform. We should have started with Stratus initially but the price scared us.
Pros:
It is a huge improvement over Celerant Cumulus and fills all of the needs we have in a multi store environment.
Cons:
It is expensive but worth it. We don't really have too many cons. If we did we wouldn't be using it.

We recently changed over to Celerant Technology, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience! Our trainer, [sensitive content hidden], was nothing short of fantastic. His deep knowledge of the system and his ability to convey complex concepts in an easily understandable manner made the entire POS incredibly valuable.

Pros:
Robust reporting that allows you to get a indepth view of your business.
The POS terminal is easy to use so time training new employees is minimal.
The ablility to mass update your data is a huge time saver.
Cons:
Certain types of reports cant pull all of the data you need. Ex. Inventory reports can not pull data from Mechandise sold ect.
Building and updating promotions and markdowns are brand or department based. Doing single or multiple items can be done but has to be done by upload.

Recently changed over to the Stratus Enterprise platform (by Celerant). Excellent pricing and the implementation process is straight forward. Able to meet my needs. Our implementation manger Tandy is extremely helpful and is always available to answer my call. Well satisfied with the product.
Pros:
Ease of setup. simple interface, easy to manage. Pricing is very competitive
Cons:
System design limitations. Uses java (java runtime). Web based solution

We moved to Celerant because their platform is very robust and cost-efficient. We have been using it for about seven months now and it's been great, especially because our [sensitive content hidden] is available for any questions at any time, he made the whole process painless and easy. I would recommend Celerant.
Pros:
Extremely easy to use and cost-effective
Cons:
The only thing I could say is there is rather long wait times for Tech Support.
