> **Pros**: Being able to manage inventory and our tickets, with the use of this software, we are able to also easily locate different parts for our warehouse and manage accurate inventory of the parts.

> **Cons**: The only issue I have with this software is the long delay in posting/receiving an item on a PO. Sometimes it just spins for a long time
