It has helped us to stay current and consistent with our membership and visitor data. I love that I can look up a family and now have their picture right in front of me, can click to get directions to their home, or send an email. Like any software, it takes a little while to learn to "Think" like Logos. Logos has been well worth the expense and time we have put into it. The support team has always been helpful and friendly. However, for the last few years, I rarely have to call them\! > > **Cons**: Because so many of the staff members at our church now use laptops (and even one Mac user), we can not network the laptops to Logos without purchasing the hosting solution which is out of our budget at this time. This is truly a Christian Company that cares about churches. Not only is the technology much better than our old provider, it is easier to use, and the training dept at Logos is lights out. Our parents love the Logos360 Safe social networking product, our kids are off Facebook and in the safe environment that we control, and our youth pastor can monitor. The Accounting program is so much better than Quick books, I am embarrassed we didn't move over sooner. They also saved us some money over our previous vendor...a great experience it has been.
