> **Pros**: It is a very comprehensive piece of software. It covers table bookings, timings and cancellations. it is too hard to edit shortcuts ( which are few). It is too difficult to interact with unless you happen to be a large chain style restaurant - for which this software was clearly designed.

> **Cons**: The interface is unintuitive. Setup is unnecessarily complicated and general UI is very poor. It is hard to navigate with excessive complicated windows within windows and option that can only be arrived at by licking through many menus. It is also very expensive at £154/ monthGBP ($207.73USD equiv)

> **Pros**: Really user-friendly, almost looked like it was designed for customers to book a table themselves on the employee interface. Multiple views were easy to switch between and were often changed by my colleagues to suit how they prefer to see the bookings.

> **Cons**: I think this may have been a problem at our end, although our manager insisted it wasn't, but I would always get the error "maximum covers exceeded for this time period" even though there was plenty of space. This then meant you would have to manually and carefully check if we had enough free covers for times when it was busy. As I said this may have been at the fault of the restaurant but it was confusing nonetheless.

> Overall a very nice piece of kit, gets the job done and I have never encountered any outages server-side so the web app has always been accessible.
