I think some of the terminology could be changed for better understanding for the candidates.

Dislike the team comparison tool, find it quite useless and not of value at all.  Should consider a wheel approach to see how a team fits together or are different, a much better visual is needed.

> **Pros**: I like the following:  Customer service is the best, product is easy to use as an administrator and for our students to take.  The output on page 5 is instrumental in seeing how the person is behaving at this time compared to the real pattern.  I use this graph to inform students that we want to find them a position that will allow them to behave like the real graph and not the situational.  Once we explore the issues impacting them that is reflective in the situational graph they are amazed at the accuracy of the results.
