Excellent asset management software!

Comments: Overall, our experience has been very positive. Zoidii makes our maintenance operations better. It saves the team time by giving them everything they need at their fingertips. The software is intuitive to use so the operations team can log work requests easily. The maintenance team get every single request so nothing falls through the cracks. Technical support has been excellent.

Pros:

Simple to track work orders, PMs, and assets. Very quick to put the system in place in our factory. As the system is so easy to use, we can bring in new people and get them up and running on the Zoidii system quickly. We love the way you can upload multiple photos onto work orders, giving the team the ability to record a pre and post-repair images.

Cons:

No complaints. Zoidii suits our needs perfectly.

Managing Multiple Facility Maintenance and Assets

Comments: Zoidii has streamlined our maintenance processes, reduced downtime, and improved our overall efficiency. I highly recommend it to any organization looking for a reliable and effective CMMS solution.

Pros:

One of the standout features I really like is the ability to upload multiple photos to work orders, which helps in documenting pre and post-repair conditions.

Cons:

I really don't have any Cons to add to this review. The support team at Zoidii is always on top of any issue that may occur. They are constantly updating the system to make it more efficient.

Reasons for Switching to Zoidii: I chose Zoidii because the system is user friendly. My first interaction was with [sensitive content hidden]. He was great to deal with and has always been just a phone call away.

Comments: Creates organizational value to my job but trying to use the mobile app is difficult

Pros:

Listing of jobs to be done and how you can filter thru them.

Cons:

Mobile app is difficult to use in everyday task with the product.

Transitioned from Excel and haven't looked back!

Comments: We have been very impressed with their onboarding process and how easy it was to get transitioned from our manual processes to their cloud platform.

Pros:

- Easy to understand pricing structure that is affordable - Clean, responsive interface - Very knowledgeable and helpful support - Not overly complicated, perfectly sized for what we need

Cons:

I really don't have anything bad to say at the moment. Only that we didn't find this product 10 years ago!

Game Changer

Comments: So far, it has been outstanding! If there is an issue; I get answers in a very timely fashion. The system is very easy to use. If your team can use social media; they can use Zoidii.

Pros:

Makes entering a work notification easy for everyone in the company. Having the work history and real time ability to see what is open and what has been closed.

Cons:

There is a lot of things Zoidii does and it simply takes time to get everything going. We focused on getting the notification system going first as we had an immediate use! The rest of the features will just take time as we continue to learn and discover within the system.

Excellent value, easy to use and very responsive support team

Comments: Zoidii has exceeded our expectations, even for folks on our team that are not well versed in computers or CMMS they can easily navigate.

There is nothing at this time, generally when we have found and issue it was generally something we did not set up correctly that was causing an issue also there are always new features and improvements that zoidii releases.

Zoidii changed our life

at first the cost was a concern, but now we see this investment as money well spent and we're reaping the benefits.

Ease of Operation

Comments: Ease of operation for all users and ability to upload PM's has been a huge game changer in our fabrication shop.

Pros:

All my KPI's and open orders in one spot.

Cons:

No complaints so far, keep updating and dominating the CMMS scene.

Reasons for Switching to Zoidii: Better user interface and KPI tracking

Organized work that needs doing!

Comments: Drives work completion with a report card you can see at a quick glance. It has the ability to grow with us and eliminate paper usage as we create and enter our daily checklists.

Pros:

Ease of use and navigation is intuitive. It was very easy to get our colleagues to start using with very little training. Getting work that needed to be done and a systematic approach to prioritizing was a gap for us.

Cons:

I haven't had issues at this point. We are mainly using it for entering and tracking work orders as we move along our continuous improvement efforts in this area.

Zoidii is a critical tool for maintenance personnel

Pros:

Costumer support. Ease of use. Reports ..... big hitters

Cons:

While on the go.... the mobile version hasn't got access to KPIs and dash board.

Zoidii Review

Pros:

I like the ease of use. Everything is pretty straight forward, and I picked up on how to navigate through the system fairly quickly.

Cons:

As with any new system implementation, it is tedious to set up all of the assets and the work orders, but once they are in the system, it makes life a little easier.

Pros:

Zoidii has been an excellent CMMS for us to manage preventative maintenance task along with reactionary tasks. The support team is excellent and very responsive to our needs and service requests. Our staff finds the system easy to use and understand

Cons:

There could be some better functionality around guest users and how they are able to view the system

Zoidii Review

Comments: I like it, I would recommend Zoidii to other people trying to track and assign work orders.

Pros:

Tracking projects, works order, and tasks

Cons:

Sometimes it is hard the locate the work order. I would like to see a simpler dashboard with a quick glance-type overview.

Planned Maintenance functionality makes compliance within the factory easier Work orders are easy to track

Statistical analysis is almost non existent. the built in kpi displays are ok, but are rigid and don't always show what information is needed

It is easy to use and has all aspects of cmms covered.

It seems to be missing an end of shift type logbook

Comments: Overall i feel that this is a successfully ran website that has made my job that much easier.

What interested us was to be able to have an overview of our Technicians/Contractor workload and be able to priorities their actions.The fact even external contractors can access/update WOs assigned to them is a plus as it removes workload from us.

At the moment we don't need additional functionality

Kanaflex Gauge Management

Comments: It was excellent and would recommend this to others.

Pros:

It had the best pricing and well suited our needs and easy to use. Also, the opportunity to practice using the system before going "live".

Cons:

At first, I got lost trying to set up gauges in the practice sessions. Need some additional help with that. But, once I practiced, it got easy to use.

Powerfully Simple

Comments: We are still new to the game here, but Zoidii was easy to get off the ground. The ease of use meant that my team was able to buy-in quickly. I've also notice that it seems to keep them more engaged in the work that they are doing. Our equipment operators are excited about this too because we'll be able to track the trends and minimize future downtime issues that wouldn't have been able to predict before.

Pros:

I love how Zoidii can pack so much into one simple system. It's helped our team stay on track, and allows me to pull the data I need to help make informed decisions.

Cons:

The only thing so far that I would like to see is reporting that we can export to excel.

A maintenance manager's friend

Comments: Zoidii has helped me implement wide changes and structure to the maintenance program within our company.

Pros:

Zoidii's ease of use throughout the platform is the main selling point for me. The simplicity and functionality of the system has made site rollout a breeze.

Cons:

The work order system can get very congested.

Reasons for Switching to Zoidii: Price and ease of use.

Downtime has been cut in half since implementing Zoidii

Comments: We’re very happy with our choice to go with Zoidii. It lets us know when we need to service our equipment and what needs to be done. Unplanned breakdowns are very costly in our line of business. Not only do we have to pay premiums for emergency repairs in a lot of cases (if we can even get a repair done right away), but these breakdowns also cause delays in our project completion timelines and friction with our tradespeople. Being able to cut our unplanned downtime in half has saved us a lot of money, a lot of headaches and has helped to strengthen our customer relationships.

Pros:

Implementation was a breeze (we were able to setup our critical equipment in the first day and everything else within a month). The software is so intuitive and easy to use, which really helps in training new people to use it. Being able to access it from any desktop or mobile device is a huge plus. The support team is awesome as well.

Cons:

Cons: Zoidii doesn’t have the ability to invoice service providers from the CMMS.

Alternatives Considered: Limble CMMS, MaintainX and UpKeep

Reasons for Switching to Zoidii: The #1 reason was how intuitive it is to use. When we were evaluating CMMS options, we wanted to really test out the system to make sure it would work for us. The team at Zoidii gave us access to the system with instructions on how to use it. We were able to pick-up on how to use the system (enter work orders, add notes/pictures, complete pm’s) right away.
