Good calendaring presentation. Ability to back fill previous trips and for the app to work out the mileage against the recorded kms and dates. > > **Cons**: Inaccurate tracking can be significantly out in the kms even over a short time period as it uses Google Maps estimations for distances, some of which are inaccurate. It does not record actual distance travelled. It has no Fuel cost capture capability, no car service cost capture, no ability to capture tolls, no ability to upload any invoices. I'm not able to export reports to .csv or .xls formats. It uses Google maps as the base line and can get the route really wrong. The app calculated me crossing over concrete barriers, thus every trip has to be checked and modified or fixed. The tracking is significantly off as part of the route can be missing leading to inaccurate recording of distances. The is no option to use repeatable trips if I visit a the same customer multiple times and take the same route for expediency. > > On the surface this looks like a good application that would keep the ATO happy. However, the distances are estimated and not actual recorded resulting in shorter than actual distances. If you travel every day, after 5 days I found myself with 7 kms missing which starts to add up over time. The lack of capability to record tolls, car service, fuel and other ancillary items amounts to a half baked product with an expensive subscription fee for what it can do and how it does it. I can't export the reports which makes life more difficult and I can't change the "recorded" distances to be correct. Its very limited ability to do anything else is very disappointing and creates extra work. It has a great reporting function. You can set a range of dates, making monthly reporting easy. Very flexible in correcting mistakes. It allows for routine trips. > > **Cons**: Nothing. It covered all the bases with a quality product. The only observation I have is the opening splash page is very generic. Could use a more friendly update > > I was needing an app that would accurately track and report trips and mileage that would be reported to the state. I needed reliability and ease of use, along with accurate reporting.
