Great system for audit with clear dashboards.
Comments: Having never used an audit system like this previously - I am quickly confident in both using and managing the system for our trust. I am confident in the support I will receive from MEG and that I can feedback what works/doesn't for our trust. Its an easy system to use with very effective results!
Pros:
MEG is a really easy to use (click and go) system, with easily visible dashboards and results. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and always willing to discuss potential changes to the system to support clients. Once the initial set up is complete, maintenance is fairly simple, and user guides very helpful.
Cons:
Bulk upload of accounts isn't the easiest. When requesting a bulk upload, I was unaware that this didn't check for pre-existing accounts. This meant that some staff ended up with duplicated accounts and created additional unnecessary admin. A further request of bulk account uploads means that I need to check every name/account first - and in doing so, I may as well load the accounts myself.

APP & Workflow Management Solutions
Comments:
MEG assisted with a rapid build to support our transition between APP providers which enable the organisation to reduce costs, provide an excellent product to our users and maintain continuity of support. We will also be engaging in a schedule of work to include Workflow Management Solutions which will allow the organisation to reduce paper and increase efficiency in reporting, whilst maintaining data quality.
As a company the support they offer is second to none and their willingness to assist and enhance the products is at the heart of what they do. Their products reflect what they can do so they want to ensure they are the best they can possibly be!
Pros:
Design is fresh Use of colour creates an inviting space Extremely stable platform compared to previous supplier Designed around the User Experience UX Works with our other digital assets to reduce duplication and maintain data quality
Cons:
I feel we as an organisation could have allowed MEG a more free hand to develop the APP's which would have allowed for a better product. The collaboration however worked very well and MEG continue to offer and suggest options to enhance our products.

Stop looking around and just buy this, you wont regret it.
Comments: I have had a wholly positive experience working with the people at MEG, from the directors to the admin the they are all approachable, know their products and will put the work in to meet your needs even if you don’t know what you actually need! The products we have work for us and when we find anything that we would like to work differently, 1 phone call and a short development time later it’s done. Example: I wanted league tables added to 11 different sections of my audit tool that was designed and built for us by MEG, email sent at 10:30 11 different leagues tables up and running by 13:00, you will not get that with another developer.
Pros:
We used to carry out an inspection, make notes on paper, type up a report, create a spread sheet with an action plan, download photos into a file, move all the documents in to a folder on the intranet and then send out emails to say the documents were available. Now MEG does all that for us! Our action plan is ready is ready as we finish the inspection and we can discuss them there and then with the photos attached as reference. Implementation wise, no tie in with tablets that have to run multiple OS, just any device, web access and a log in. Can even do the audits/inspections without web access and just upload later when you do. MEG has completely changed how we work.
Cons:
While MEG can do a great number of things it cannot yet predict Lottery results! I am yet to have an issue with MEG that has not been resolved or would stop me from recommending it

Shedding a light on dark data
Comments: The time saved using MEG is valuable as IPC nurses can now spend their time implementing quality improvements/training highlighted instead of data entry (often twice!) Charge Nurses and clinical support staff like the immediacy of the results which enables them to address high risk issues more quickly.
Pros:
Using paper and/or spreadsheets means data is not easily usable or comparable either between departments or year on year audits. The MEG UI is very easy to pick up and use and the data generated has for us provided insights which has allowed us to hone in on high risk issues year on year and show tangible improvements. In addition the customer support team are extremely agile in their responses and dispite a significant time difference queries were always answered very quickly - usually 24 hrs.
Cons:
Meg is a stand alone product currently - it would be useful to know which existing systems it can easily integrate into?

Excellent- the team have always worked effortlessly in delivering on our requests no matter how big or small.
We continue to grow the tool to our specifications and MEG in turn is offering us options we didn't know we even needed!
Pros:
Extremely user friendly - which is key in an environment whereby the IT skills of users vary significantly. This was crucial in gaining buy in from our staff.
Cons:
Initially there was Gaps but once explained to [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and the team they were rectified.

Essential tool at a time of rapid change
Comments: Extraordinary customer service with very rapid responses to any queries or requests for assistance.
Pros:
The software is so easy to use and takes all the pain out of changes to our practice. We can concentrate on content knowing that it will be immediately accessible to our staff in an easy to use format.
Cons:
There are sometimes small errors in mobile responsiveness, with inferior rendering when changing from landscape to portrait mode.
MEG audit system- a good audit tool for clinical staff

The software is user friendly. It is also easy to make a report

Needed more vibrant colours on the graphs
