- **Pricing Details**: MGS is a monthly subscription service so there are no long-term contracts. You simply pay via credit card each month.  Discounted subscription costs are offered for advance payments of quarterly, bi-yearly and yearly.  Subscription costs are dependent on the number of units in your community.  Alternatively, we also offer a way to pay for your subscription via our "Pay To Park (P2P)" tool, essentially passing the cost of the subscription to the guests that visit your property (and even generating revenue for your community\!) or via our "Resident Assessment" tool where each unit owner or renter would pay a one-time annual fee for use of the MGS Guest Permitting system.
