> **Pros**: The ease of use was great - with just a few clicks I was talking to potential employees. Not only were their profiles clear and informative, but the team at inploi were really quick to answer any questions I had and to support me in setting up and rolling out platform use.

> **Cons**: There are occasional problems, and sometimes the candidate profiles are not fully filled out, but this is pretty consistent across recruitment platforms and I found was worse on websites like monster or placed.
