Pros:

At least as good as Capdesk, Seedlegals etc. in managing all your equity on a single online platform but much better priced and includes highly sophisticated fundraising management tools. Very suitable also for more senior companies as they have fantastic documents management and data room availability. All you need in one place including fantastic customer support.

Cons:

Nothing really, very easy to use and if I have any questions, they are answered immediately.

Pros:

Very similar and close to Capdesk, Seedlegals and other software you are able to manage all your equity as well as control it all in one independent window

Cons:

It is very flexible in addition to the great ease of use and help me complete tasks very smoothly

Very helpful to get ready for a funding round

Comments: HighCastle is really good platform, very qualitative and simple to use. I would not ever come back to using spreadsheet for my captable, HighCastle is much more intuitive and inexpensive.

Pros:

Easy to use and efficient software. We used it first to prepare our captable for a funding round, then we started to use it to send share certificates, communicate with shareholders, sign documents. We also plan to use HighCastle for issuance of equity options, they have highly advance functionality for options vesting and exercise.

Cons:

I could create a draft shares and see how my potential cap table would look like after the couple of funding rounds, but i would prefer to have also a visualisation for my scenario modelling. I hope it's coming in next releases.

Super easy to keep track of shareholders, share certificates and transfers

Comments: Overall it's really good, saving us a lot of time and helps to keep cap table well organized

Pros:

HighCastle software is simple to use and makes it easier for a company with a small or large number of shareholders to manage cap table, official registers, share certificates, share transfers, Companies House filings and shareholder communication.

Cons:

It seems all features are in place, except for the facilitation of payments. Anyway, we still can do interest/dividends payments from our online banking based on the calculations provided by HighCastle software.
