As the administrator I can see all of my providers and appointments scheduled, and my providers only see what they want to see on their schedules. Best of all, my staff can log in right from their phones and communicate with me directly through the system. Also, they are a one-stop-shop and we can do everything in one place without having to add other software and complicate things. > > **Cons**: There's not a lot that we don't like about Mahler. If I had to complain, I would say that I wish we had found them much sooner instead of going through the pain and struggles of other EHRs that say they can do "everything," but they really can't. We requested another individual be our proctor and a special accommodation was made and we were given the Lead Developer to finish our Implementation. Exceeded any expectations we could have had as new customers. > > Truthfully, much like any program shift, it takes a little bit to get used to. Kind of like riding a bike though, soon you’re coasting faster than you’ve ever worked before, claims are reimbursed in a timely manner and directly deposit into your account. Once our company switched to this program, we were able to consolidate 7-8 DIFFERENT programs down to this one, which instantly saved thousands per month in other program costs - which allowed for us to automate one whole person’s job.
