Pros:

The ease of use while creating flows. It just took me 10 min to learn.

Comments: They have really solid customer support. A dedicated slack channel

Pros:

I like the native integrations and quiz building customizations

Cons:

The slow saving and publishing. Also, when we went live we had a ton of bot submissions that couldn't be stopped.

Comments: Terrible experience as their customer service handled this issue very poorly. I was on a trial which then paid for 1 month. After alerting the company of the security issues they said I didnt meet the criteria for a refund. I was disappointed they wanted me to risk my clients data. Please be very careful when considering HeyFlow fr your company or client.

Pros:

Unfortunately there were only cons while using this product

Cons:

When I signed up for Heyflow services on their website, the site stated that the site featured “data security and privacy” which can be found at their site: https://heyflow.com/features/data-security/. However, after I signed up and created a portal and the software was not able to work because it was Blacklisted. I was not able to use the software since large security online sites like [sensitive content hidden] blacklisted their company portal. The company did not deliver on the security aspect that was stated when I signed up. The portal is still blacklisted and gives security warnings. I can't risk my clients customers being a risk for a phising attempt.

Comments: Very positive overall experience. We used to build entirely custom forms and loan applications ourselves which took weeks to complete, but with heyflow we can go from ideation to deployment in less than a day! Look forward to seeing the new features coming out

Pros:

Super simple to go from onboarding to first flow creation and publishing. Integrations were a breeze and very simple to connect my flow to any downstream tool or CRM we had.

Cons:

The agency portal is not useful as it only acts as a super light weight CRM. Additionally, there isn't an option to audit or get insight to see what tools / destinations / integrations did each lead go to. Lastly, to do with the subscription packages, there is a lack of flexibility when it comes to increasing to number of flows on the lower subscription packages.
