> **Pros**: The ability to access customer Microsoft accounts and take appropriate actions (assign licenses, block accounts, reset passwords) from a central console is very helpful.
> 
> **Cons**: The solution is unreliable compared to other solutions we have deployed, and the Shadow IT / SaaS discovery is poorly developed and lacking in functionality.
> 
> Our overall experience with Augmentt left much to be desired.  We ultimately made the decision to discontinue service and move to another solution.
