I have seen the system evolve to an even sleeker system with more features than we are currently taking advantage of.  The Customer support and assistance from the implementation manager \[sensitive content hidden\] has been amazing.

> **Cons**: The biggest issue we have had is the billing.  The complication stems from the way the contract was finalized.  Nonetheless, Mitratch/Tracker has worked collaboratively with us to resolve the matter.
