> **Pros**: Qaplà velocizza le spedizioni rendendole un'operazione di routine. Inoltre permette di avere a disposizione anche delle piccole aziende degli strumenti che altrimenti non si potrebbero permettere, come la tracking page personalizzata. Se correttamente configurato, Qaplà permette di migliorere notevolemnte le consegne e la velocità di evasione degli ordini rendendola un'operazione facile e senza stress.

> **Cons**: Non ho notato particolari problemi. Forse la configurazione iniziale richiede un minimo di supporto tecnico ma il customer care è sempre stato molto disponibile.

> **Pros**: Intuitivo e completo\! Mi ricordo la prima configurazione di un canale con 2 corrieri e un conettore Shopify. Era talmentte facile ceh ero anche impressionato da me stesso ;-)

> **Cons**: Probabilmente siamo un cliente atipico (non siamo un'e-commerce con 1 o 2 canali ma un 3PL con quasi 20 canali attivi e tra poco saranno molto di più)  ma per noi certe impostazioni potrebbero essere semplificate (basterebbe un copia-incolla o "duplica canale"). Ma per fortuna c'è un servizio cliente eccelente e veloce che in poco tempo ci aiuta ad aprire un nuovo canale\!

E nell'export dei report sarebbe utile avere la possibilità di salvare le impostazioni/selezioni.

> Come 3PL per noi è importantissimo tenere monitorato le spedizioni dei nostri clienti ed anticipare ostacolli nella consegna al cliente finale. Qapla' ci permette di vedere subito gli eventuali problemi/ritardi e di reagire e risolvere il problema il più presto possibile.
