We order online almost exclusively now.  The site has a natural organic flow.  We particularly the sorting system by SKU, Color or Name.  The "In Stock" or 
"Out of Stock" feature is just fantastic.

> **Cons**: Scrolling the left panel will not scroll if your cursor is not directly on the panel, otherwise it scrolls the main screen.   It is also difficult to get to the very bottom options of the left panel.

> **Cons**: I haven’t yet found what I like the least about Flowsmith, in fact, if there was something I didn’t entirely like, we had it modified.

> Orders come in processed, digitalized and with no mistakes. Our clients are happy, they feel comfortable and use their free time to place orders, which really makes things easier. If they buy more is because they really value what they need. Occasionally, some will share our products with their own clients and offer products they have never even bought before which decreases risks for our clients. And on the other hand, they can check stock themselves online.

> **Cons**: Having items in numerical or alphabetical order would make ordering much easier and I don't like not being able to correctly choose an address for shipping. I am stuck using my billing address and have to make a note each time to clarify which shipping address I wish to use.

It took our reps almost a day to send us their orders and now they are in Quickbooks as soon as they place it on the wholesale website. 
We used to have a person dedicated almost exclusively to Quickbooks order entry and now that person is free to do other tasks.

The shopping cart is so easy to use.  It is such a pleasure to use this website/software to do my wholesale ordering.  It is the best I've seen out there and I've seen plenty. I visit it all the time to see what is in stock.
