> **Pros**: Flexibility of establishing a workflow that follows a process or procedure.  Easy user interface and viewer tools.  It has also been valuable to see the roadmap of changes coming to the system.  Great solution architect team for support.

> **Cons**: Reporting or ability to connect to reporting software (PowerBI, Qlik) is lacking.  Packaging/labeling processes are constantly scrutinized for performance or error reduction, having a customizable reporting as a user feature would go a long way.
> 
> WebCenter as enabled us to successfully create an efficient electronic labeling workflow.  The benefits have allowed us to roll it out to replace other regional processes.
