Quando ocorreu a pandemia e de tivemos que deslocar toda nossa equipe para home office, perdemos o contato diário, pessoal e imediato com nossos funcionários, ficando assim os gestores sem visão do andamento do trabalho de seus funcionários e os funcionários com dificuldades em obter acompanhamento e orientação por parte dos gestores. Felizmente, tivemos a ideia de testar o sistema Antsbox. Com o Antsbox, tivemos um ambiente virtual que realmente se aproxima muito do ambiente físico da empresa. Hoje nossa equipe técnica trabalha durante todo o período na mesma sala virtual (sala da engenharia) enquanto outras equipes ,como financeiro, também dispõe de  ambientes virtuais específicos . Assim, nosso dia a dia transcorre com a mesma dinâmica que tinhamos quando estávamos  no mesmo prédio. Muitas vezes, vou virtualmente a sala do financeiro e da engenharia para conversar com todos, ou  convoco as pessoas para discussões na sala de Reunião. Estou muito contente porque a UC2B está atravessando a pandemia com crescimento de seu faturamento e base de clientes, e acredito que parte deste sucesso devemos a escolha da ferramenta ANTSBOX.
