> **Pros**: I like the ease of use of the platform.  Each portal is very easy to navigate and use.  I use the SIS, Payments, and Communications portals the most and these are always easy to use.

> **Cons**: Sometimes, emails do not appear in family inboxes and are directed to junk mail.  This may be a setting of the parent.  Invoices for parents do not meet FSA and tax guidelines.  I cannot send SIS reminders to an individual class or family.

> Overall, our experience has been good.  We appreciate all the portals and ease of use of the site.  The company has worked with us each step of the way and made improvements when necessary.
