Ich bin seit vielen Jahren im Projektmanagement tätig und habe meist mehrere Projekte mit unterschiedlichen Teilnehmern parallel "in Arbeit". In jedem Meeting werden verschiedenste Punkte besprochen und hieraus entstehen meist mehrere ToDos für unterschiedliche Verantwortliche. Hier den Überblick zu behalten und die Aufgaben nachzuhalten ist fast schon eine Tagesaufgabe für sich.TaCoS erledigt dies für mich und bietet mir die Gelegenheit, die Verantwortlichen einfach per E-Mail an ihre Aufgaben zu erinnern. Und dies so oft hintereinander, wie es notwendig ist.

Ich erstelle mit TaCoS meine Meeting-Agenden und kann diese bereits mit der Einladung verteilen. Das Gesprächsprotokoll erstelle ich während des Meetings und nicht mehr wie früher im Nachhinein. Dies empfinde ich als unheimlich zeitsparend. Außerdem erscheint alles auf meinem Ausdruck oder meiner PDF ansprechend und lesbar formatiert, ohne dass ich dem eine besondere Bedeutung beimessen muss.Die anderen Meeting-Teilnehmer (und auch die, die nicht teilnehmen konnten) haben dann auch gleich alle Inhalte und Beschlüsse schwarz auf weiß.
