> **Cons**: We missed some feature and some customization options, but when we raised it with their support team, they quickly attended our requests and detailed how they fit in their roadmap.

> **Pros**: The benefits of oversight and working to support clients from a secure cloud solution. The risk management component is the feature most used by Northdown Systems, and the ease of assessing security controls again a wide range of threats and vulnerabilities (risks) is easy for our clients to learn and understand. The automated Statement of Applicability required by ISO27001 also saves significant time and effort.

> **Cons**: Nothing to note ... some integration with our clients's ISO9001/QMS systems would be beneficial, although we have just learnt that this will be introduced during the next release.

> **Pros**: Easy to use, clients understand the process to update risks very quickly, hosted in a secure cloud environment and 'open' (you can export your data so not tied into the platform if you decided to move at a later time)

> **Cons**: Nothing serious. Would be good to have an option to reuse/share risk treatments, that may be in a future release.

> Very good. Have implemented it with several organisations with no issues.  Impressed with the customer service - always quick to get back on any questions.
