> **Pros**: Inexpensive, user-friendly, simple yet comprehensive logs, flow-charts, spread sheets etc. Suitable for the small to mid-sized business and adaptable to a growing enterprise.

> **Cons**: Trio is a little oppressive in hawking their premium packages as well as paid adjunct services not necessarily relevant to the business, Can be slow if processing large blocks of data in a contracted period of time.
> 
> Trio365 has been such a comfortable office management tool it would not behoove me to switch with all the attendant learning curves and conversion difficulties unless the nature of my volume made it necessary.
