> **Pros**: If you are ready to be ignored by the support want you want to dispute a transaction, and if you are ok to work with an old-fashioned interface and spend a lot of time  designing your email you can make it work in a more affordable way than the competition.

> **Cons**: I tried to reach them to cancel a subscription that was charged and that I don't needed, or for at least try to scale it down with their help. Interface is old-fashioned an misled me in the choice of my subscription they have a slider to change your package but it doesn't work until you pay again. So i've set it up to $19.90/month but when the bill came I was charged $99.90. I've sent 3 emails that Mailpro never bothered to answer, I called several times, they've never answered. Overall I am not satisfied with the service.
