I needed to set up a data capture system for a variety of inspections types, I needed quick one-click data input which would generate a comprehensive report with supporting evidence/pictures. CulverDocs gave me the initial training and I had a working document within an hour which with the help of the support team we refined and added metrics. The reporting function is easy and once exported into excel allows for easy data sorting. The customer support team respond within 24 hours to queries and for an IT illetarate person like myself are very good at explaining how to get the best use from workflows and online forms. We have only 21 users and have created nearly 1500 forms in the last 10 months anything from sales lead generation to machine condition reports.
