> **Pros**: The platform is really customizable.  We have used them for a number of different events and always been able to tailor it to our fundraising needs. The few times the software didn't already do what we wanted, they found a way to be innovative and meet the need.  Also the staff is just so knowledgeable and easy to work with - exceptional customer service and responsiveness. Alleviates a lot of stress and work on our part in prepping for an event. This also translates to a good experience for our donors and participants, making them much more likely to stay engaged with the bidding, buying and supporting of the event.

> **Cons**: I think the only thing I've had others say to me about Hello Fund vs another platform is that it could be a little more expensive.  I think this is a case of you get what you pay for.  If investing in good technology and expertise translates to revenue, it's a good investment.  This has been the case for us with each event and why we have remained with Hello Fund for years now.
