> **Pros**: Am meisten gefällt mir an desk4, wie einfach und flexibel alles läuft. Ich kann jederzeit und von überall auf alle Daten zugreifen, sei es vom PC oder vom Smartphone. Die Bedienung ist intuitiv, sodass man neue Funktionen direkt nutzen kann, ohne sich lange einarbeiten zu müssen. Besonders praktisch ist die direkte Anbindung an unseren Onlineshop, sodass alles reibungslos zusammenarbeitet.

> **Pros**: Als Handwerksbetrieb brauchen wir eine Warenwirtschaft, die auf der Baustelle genauso funktioniert wie im Büro – genau das bietet Desk4.
Besonders überzeugt uns das digitale Aufmaß fürs Handwerk, wodurch wir sauber und effizient abrechnen können. Auch Inventur und Lagerverwaltung sind praxisnah und übersichtlich gelöst.
Ein großer Vorteil sind die Apps für die Baustelle: Unsere Mitarbeiter können direkt vor Ort Daten erfassen und Vorgänge bearbeiten – ohne Papierchaos.
Sehr stark finden wir außerdem das Rechtemanagement pro Mitarbeiter. Man kann genau festlegen, wer was darf – z. B. Rechnungen sperren oder freigeben. Das gibt uns als Geschäftsführung zusätzliche Sicherheit und Struktur.
Für uns als JF Bedachung eine echte Erleichterung im Arbeitsalltag.

> **Cons**: Ein kleiner Punkt ist die Einarbeitungszeit. Desk4 ist grundsätzlich sehr verständlich aufgebaut, dennoch merkt man, dass es inzwischen eine sehr umfangreiche und große Warenwirtschaft ist.
Bis man wirklich alle Funktionen komplett durchdrungen hat, braucht es etwas Zeit – gerade wenn man das System vollumfänglich nutzen möchte.
Das ist jedoch eher der Funktionsvielfalt geschuldet und für uns kein wirklicher Nachteil im Alltag.
