Comments: I rely on Gmail mainly in my work and in my daily uses, as I cannot do without it as it is very practical and professional and is comfortable and easy in its use.

Pros:

so easy to use, Professionally, arranged and organized, it offers many features, speed and accuracy, and ensures there are no delays, and very secure.

Cons:

when i use more than account i recieve notification and alerts only from the active account at this moment, so its need to have more caring

My Experience with Gmail

Comments: My overall experience with Gmail has been great. I have been using Gmail for years. I love how you can connect all of your accounts for easy access.

Pros:

What I like most about Gmail is that it's easy to setup, and you can create several accounts at not cost.

Cons:

What I like least about Gmail is the storage space. I wish it had more storage options for free.

Switching from iCloud Mail to Gmail for our Business

Comments: Gmail has been great for our business for it's customisable options. We have used it for nearly eight years and have hardly had a problem.

Pros:

Gmail is free. It is used all over the world which means you are often sending emails to other Gmail users. The features run smoothly and it's hardly ever down. It's quite easy to customise to have our business name on the email address so that's why we went with Gmail for our company.

Cons:

We feel Gmail is still a bit clunky and it limits the file sizes when sending a large attachments.

Not just one of the best email services, but THE email service

Comments: I have been using Gmail for more than a decade and never ever had any sort of hiccup or issue. Spam filter is great, integration is the best you can ask for, and it's provided by a rock-solid company. On top of that, the free tier is simply amazing and rich.

Pros:

It's simple, it's fast, it's powerful, and well known and integrated. Spam filter is the best I have ever seen. What else?

Cons:

WebUI could be more modern but this is a very personal opinion. Google is probably harvesting personal data so read the TOS carefully if you are concerned.

Comments: Nothing to say with my overall experience with Gmail. It is the best online and cloud tool you can use for your world, in general.

Just some minor "bug". Example. Why when I select and read a mail, when I come back the mail is not selectet?

Comments: My overall experience with Gmail is great. I like it because I get the notifications I like it because everything’s right there I can categorize it.

Comments: Gmail is an excellent user-friendly tool with numerous email organization options that connect well with other Google apps. While it is free, it can also host accounts with custom domains for a cost.

Pros:

Amazing UI ,unlike its competitors, Gmail has a fairly "clean" design with a variety of themes. I like the option to label my emails and then easily find them, something other email management solutions do not provide. I also enjoy how we can establish areas for working and communicating together. It is also a tremendous advantage to having a hub of other products at our disposal, such as the entire Google Suite. Documents, contacts, and common folders may be simply linked, tagged, and maintained.

Cons:

The one thing I don't like is that when I issue calendar invites, I get responses in my primary inbox. Even if I alter the label to anything else, Gmail does not learn or remember. I have to do that everytime.

Comments: Intuitively comfortable with email, it also provides strong protection and is comfortable with easy solidarity, which is good with many sites. Gmail is the best choice for both personal and business email requirements. Ease of use, integration with Google services, and plenty of storage are the key strengths. However, improving search capabilities and spam filtering should further improve the user experience.

Pros:

Intuitively, it is easy to use, so it is good to use regardless of age. Also, it is best not to have to sign up separately because it is well connected to other sites.

Cons:

It is difficult to find e-mails because the search function is inefficient.

Comments: I prefer Gmail over Yahoo, hotmail, or other similar free email providers.

Pros:

Easy to use, great organization features, links to calendar, reminders, can be used in place of creating a log-in on many sites.

I can say what I like least about Gmail is when i forget my password its hard to get back in when you have a new phone number and have no way to change your info. Other than that its awesome.

Comments: I switched from spending money on email marketing and management tools because Gmail provides all these solutions at extremely affordable rates.

Pros:

I prefer Gmail to most email management software because it's way more easy to connect to it. I mean, It's everywhere on smartphones and besides, I'm used to working with it already - anywhere, anytime I can simply tap the multi-colored M-icon on my smartphone, and (voila), I'm in my inbox. All I'm trying to say is that it's stressful for me to jump every time onto Chrome, typing a URL to connect to other email management software. Another aspect of Gmail that amazes me it's the fact that I can potentially route all incoming emails from an external email management software and even respond to them using my Gmail address and yet, the receiver won't even notice that it was sent from a Gmail address. - It's always uptime, 100% up and running. Additionally, It provides possibilities to set up automated mail responses and perform more email automation actions like labeling, sorting, saving, deleting, etc. Most importantly, It provides a lot of security measures to prevent account hacking, data phishing, or malicious attacks like 2FA, 6-digit Backup codes, and a few more which are enough to completely keep my files safe. For a free tool, I think it's simply amazing.

Cons:

Since 2021(as per my remarks), Google started to run ads in Gmail, well, they're not overwhelming, however, they could potentially be risky in case, hackers decide to pass through Google ads to lay hands on user accounts. At this point, I don't Google itself will be aware since on the internet today, everyone can be a business.

BEST MAILING SOFTWARE

Comments: Gmail is good, it allows me to send unique files(WAV, FLAC, ZIP & more files) to overseas & around my country. Nothing is better than sending a large file using Gmail than sending it via Post Offices or Mail Boxes.

Pros:

When it comes to email management, no body can beat the simplicity yet robust and powerful Gmail. We have been using Gmail from day one and it has been an amazing experience. The best thing I like about the service is the very clean interface of the inbox, being able to schedule emails, being able to add labels to emails and an very powerful search and filter feature.

Cons:

There is nothing that I do not like about this product. However, I think the automatic tagging of important conversations could been improved but that is a minor flaw in a product that is full of amazing features.

Complete and simple email service

Comments: Extremely complete email service. I have been using it for several years, both from a PC and a smartphone, for both personal and professional use, and I can consider myself largely satisfied. Very simple and intuitive to use, the integration with other Google features is also very convenient.

Pros:

the anti-spam features are very good, I liked that it offers all Google services for free, the advertising is small and non-invasive, it allows you to manage different email accounts including certified email by dividing them into folders so you can easily recognize their origin. The spam and phishing reporting function is excellent. It allows multi-factor protection that requires an access code every time you use a new device and automatically blocks all access, notifying you of a suspected violation that you can easily verify and proceed with access.

Cons:

Read and delivery notifications are missing, it is not best configurable on the desktop, it could become a bit intrusive.

One of the things I like most about Gmail is its powerful search functionality. What I like least about Gmail is the 15 GB storage limit. Once you hit it, you either have to delete emails and files or pay for more space, which can be frustrating
