> **Pros**: The variety of gifts or rewards offered by Total Rewards is outstanding, it gives a wide range of products for employees to choose from. Additionally, the post board gives a public level of recognition that really boosts visibility\! I also love how you can link it to your LinkedIn\!

> **Cons**: There are not many complaints from me about this program, maybe one would be the interface for the "Send Button". I think instinctively users assume that button is the next page, not necessarily the send button. Now, I know if lists the words "Send" but if I was to improve it I was maybe shape it more like a submit button and not include the arrow (this only applies for the "Support Center" area).
