> **Pros**: It's fully customizable to fit your business needs/process. You can build it out to your specific procedures and policies. The team is very prompt and helpful when getting the system set up. The automations have improved our company effeciency and allowed us to spend time on what truly matters to the business. Employees love how easy it is to schedule their shifts out and track their hours.

> **Cons**: While there might be times where there's an issue in the system, 99% of the time it's due to user error. TeamBridge is fast at jumping on to help and offer solutions. You feel like your voice is heard as you can give feedback for suggestions.&#10;&#10;There are very few things that I wish could change in the platform and most of them are based on how it looks rather than functionality.
